Distance Church 5/31/20

This week our talk is heavier than usual. George Floyd’s death at the hands of police officers has once again brought our national attention to the injustice that marginalized people of color face at the hands of our society and its systems. What is the church’s responsibility in these times? What can we do? My prayer is that we will each take time to sit with these things, to seek God within ourselves, and to seek out action that we can take in the pursuit of God’s justice and peace in our lives, communities, and world.
