Here is our second talk on the book of James. Be sure to be reading James as you find time and perhaps read Proverbs as well, since they are both wisdom books.
Reflective questions this week:
How has God been generous with wisdom in my life?
When have I been like a wave, tossed about by every wind?
Where in my life do I recognize that I need wisdom from God? In those areas of life am I still accepting the world’s wisdom? Am I trying to make both wisdoms work?
What would it look like for me to fully commit to the wisdom that Christ has for me?
Are my politics informed by my experience of the love of God or do I shrink my relationship with God to match my politics?
What else does the Holy Spirit have for me on this matter?
